Fruity Berries Granola Parfaits with Fresh Fruit Puree

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Your favourite fresh fruit, peeled, pitted, cubed and puree
  • 3 cups low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 1 cup Dan-D Pak Fruity Berry Granola

 

Directions

Puree all your favourite fresh fruits separately (or use only one kind of fruit) and spoon equal amounts into six clear glasses or bowls. Top each with 1/2 cup yogurt. Recipe may be made ahead at this point. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Top each serving with fruity berry granola just before serving.
